Collection and Disclosure of
Personal Information (Privacy Policy)
Under the Privacy Act 1998, the Corporations Act 2001 and
certain rules such as the SCH Business rules, corporations and
businesses are required provide a collection and disclosure
statement from 21st December 2001.
This web site does not use 'cookies' and personal information
about visitors is not collected except as follows:
- Statistics on page 'hits' are kept for historical purposes
and ongoing site design. The information does not include any
personal information about visitors to the site. The site
statistics are for the use of the site web master who may choose
to discuss them with other interested parties i.e. HFACT or
HFA members or staff.
- Visitors to the site should be aware that the site is hosted
by Netspeed Internet Communications, our service
provider, and that Netspeed may keep their own information

The web site replicates issues of the Haemophilia Foundation
ACT newsletter. The content of the newsletter includes
articles of interest that will naturally mention members of HFACT,
HFA and other third parties. The articles may also contain
photographs. Wherever possible permission is sought from
people before taking the photographs that are used in the newsletter. If your photograph appears here and
you wish it to be removed, please contact HFACT.
