Haemophilia Foundation Australian Capital Territory (HFACT) is supported by the ACT Health Directorate.  Our work is funded by grants from the ACT Health Directorate and private donations.

HFACT provides the services of a counsellor through a grant from ACT Health Directorate under a Service Funding Agreement. HFACT acknowledges and thanks the ACT Health Directorate for their support, without which it would not be possible to provide our services to the local community.

While the ACT Health Directorate funds the work of our counsellor, HFACT also relies on the support of donations from private individuals and groups within the community, allowing us to provide other services and support for people living with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders.

HFACT receives grants from time to time for specific projects, such as family camps or send members to conferences, from Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA) and ACT Health Directorate.

HFACT also acknowledges the support of Bunnings Warehouse, Tuggeranong and Fyshwick, who have given HFACT the opportunity and support to run regular fund-raising sausage sizzles at their stores.

Donations to HFACT of $2 or more are tax deductible. Donations can be made via our donations page.
