Provide Feedback via SurveyMonkey
An important part of what HFACT does is advocate on behalf of the bleeding disorders community of the ACT and surrounding regions, to ensure the community receives the appropriate care and treatment it requires. The multidisciplinary review clinics, held at the Canberra Hospital twice a year, are an important part of delivering this care and treatment. Ensuring that clinics remain relevant and useful to the bleeding disorders community is therefore critical.
HFACT is running an online survey via Survey Monkey to gather the views of clinic attendees, with the aim of providing feedback to the Canberra Hospital. It is hoped that such feedback will be used to inform improvements to clinics in the future. There are 8 questions in the survey, with opportunities to add comments, and it should only take around 10 minutes of your time. The survey is anonymous and if you choose to include identifying information in your written responses, HFACT will keep it confidential.
