Transport services

The ACT and region has a number of alternative transport services available to assist those with mobility or transport difficulties. Some are provided by the Government while some are provided by regional community organisations, listed below. For Government services, please go to the Government Support page.

Aqua Harmony Swim School Aqua Harmony have mornings for seniors exercise.
Arthritis ACT Arthritis ACT holds warm water exercise sessions at several locations for its members.

Several members have reported that YMCA Chifley is a good venue if you are looking for a gym that allows for casual or occasional use at economical rates in a no pressure environment.
